One of them correctly confirmed several albums that would and wouldn't be streamed which is why I've believed a stream is coming today for a few days ... idk where these new insiders are coming from though. I'm pretty confident we'll have it at 4PM US time like all the others.

4pm EST is not an official time. Daft Punk's stream was around 3pm EST, 20/20 Experience - 2 of 2 not until almost 5pm; while the first edition and Bangerz were both in the frame 2:30-2:45pm. Going based on some of the first reportings on the streams (since as noticed, it's not usually a pre-announced thing).
IDK if we're getting one or not, though it seems plausible. Her UK publicist did say she's playing the album for the press today, which could coincide with the public being able to stream (so critics don't have to hear it from there).
Bangerz was just after 4PM and I thought both 20/20 albums were as well. The member who said today also said about press getting the album today before it was announced, I still reckon it's definitely being streamed later.

What does post count have to do with it? He said press would hear the album today and they are doing, he said Bangerz and others would be streamed and they were, and he said Prism wouldn't be and it wasn't. It just seems a bit too much of a coincidence. Plus, don't RCA have a deal with itunes streams?
