"TTT" goes OFF live, though. When she performed it everyone in the venue was going off for it. I was surprised.

That's correct. It's a good song. The reason it underperformed was the lack of promo.

Ever since seing the show, I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE having Phresh Out The Runway as the first song. I don't see the purpose of Mother Mary, could easily slide into the ballad section. I would like to see an intro video to build the anticipation, but even the extended intro to Phresh is good too, the 'Oh oh oh oh' part gets me.

In an ideal world, the whole of act 1 (except Mother Mary) would be scrapped for Europe. Completely serious. The vast majority is not here for that. Those songs cater almost exclusively to urban audiences in NA. And in general, the audience carries that section. Except in Europe it would be dead.

They should just beef up the other sections.

Right Now and CKB should be added to their respective sections. SOS was snubbed on the Loud Tour so that could fit in. And then I'd like her to intersperse a couple of her favourites elsewhere. Imo Half Of Me would be incredible. And that would replace Unapologetic material. Something like this with a few added bonuses:
