No. They aren't fake.
If you look at Mariah's body during the Rainbow era,she was still fit,but had become thicker and curvier.She gained a bit more weight.
It was evident in her thighs, hips, waistline & boobs
Mariah's boobs change in size when she does.If she looses weight,then her bust size will decrease also,If she gains then they're obviously going to coincide with the rest of her weight so she can look proportional .
Now this doesn't apply for every woman because our bodies are different and we gain weight differently throughout different stages in our life.
This was a pic of MC in 08 when she was super skinny again and lost ALOT of weight.

Obviously it has a censored bar across her nipple mark and she's topless.
Mariah is bold..maybe a bit crazy,but she's never been topless jiggling her boobs in front of a camera like that.
I want one from that video too.
