I saw that ! I saved the photos. Still excited for the finale. I hope the Halloween special rumor is true because we are supposed to meet 3 new characters: Alex, Gina and Jeremy. They're rumored to appear in the finale but they weren't in the promo at all but who knows. Another thing, I'm really disappointed that the body counter wasn't high and no major characters were killed if we do get a season 3 I hope they amp it up and start knocking em all down.

This season is not that good to be honest, still watchable, but for the next season they need a new story with new characters, the storyline of this second season still around Emma is a bit forced.

I can confirm that no new characters are introduced in the finale.

I know you said you won't post any more reviews, but can you compare season 2 finale to the one from the 1st season? Is it scarier, more intense, better/worse?

Tina adopted Piper, and that's what's so shady about Tina and Eli's past. That would also explain why Eli had Audrey's letters.

I think that Piper and Kieran had a romantic relationship, and that's why they arrived in town at the same time. Audrey sends letters, telling Piper pretty much everything about her and Emma's past. Piper and Kieran come up with a plan to go there and get revenge. Eli suspects things, but he's not sure, so he secretly comes to Lakewood to check on Kieran in season 1. That would explain why he was at Will's funeral, he thought Kieran and Piper had something to do with it. But he's not certain of anything.

The Mayor could've known about the adoption, and that's why he wanted Tina and Eli gone. He felt it would really upset the town if anyone found out. Jake could've also found this out since he was blackmailing the mayor since season 1 (but he didn't find any actual connection between Piper and Kieran, or the adoption, until the beginning of season 2). That's why Jake was killed first.

The reason why Kieran's not getting rid of Eli now is because he wants to use him to take the entire fall.

It definitely did, to me at least. I think they wanted it to start off slow, and for it to pick up from episode 3/4 and on.
