Besides the fact that early voting has started even if they tried his supporters wouldn't vote and she'd win regardless. . So she didn't win the election yesterday but unless she has her own October surprise this thing is still over because Trump literally cannot stop being dumb for five minutes. If he did he would have had a real chance of winning

Had she landed a knock out punch, she risked him being replaced with Pence/complacency among Democrats/depressed turnout etc. With him still in it, she's making sure Democrats/Independents/Sane Republicans still have a tangible threat to combat on election day/turn out. She gave him just enough rope to hang himself, but didn't kick the stool from out under him....yet.

Precisely. Trump was the one who failed, because he desperately needed something big to recover and didn't get it. Not many of the post-debate talking points are that great for him, actually. There won't be much movement in the polls and, this late in the game, with such a lead, that's a win for her.

I actually don't think they'd have enough time to reprint the ballots to put Pence at top because some republicans have already voted (unless they somehow counted any Trump votes as votes for Pence which they could theoretically do). They'd have absolutely no time. I do agree with the complacency line though I haven't thought of that

He literally laid out his whole hand and nothing seemed to affect her bad enough for him to make a dent. He used his trump card with Bill so he has nothing left lol he's done. She could literally ride this momentum out now

I was not happy about him bringing up those four losers before but now I'm happy those women were embarrassed by being with him

No, Rasmussen is the Republican-leaning pollster that infamously had Romney winning in 2012. When a Republican is losing that poll it's a big deal.

Hillary had a 1% lead before that.

But this 6% increase does show the weekend story did have a part in his demise if this was taken after that
