To piss off her opposition at Capitol is my guess. I mean come on, it's obvious Katy didn't care for that single at the time.
She doesn't hate Dark Horse, she just hates that it smashed over Uncle. That was obvious as well. She never expected it to go where it went.
I mean it's her biggest domestic hit. That should be noted as well.
