That's why I love rates! We don't have to
agree , we just have to give our two cents and then the winners are chosen by default. There's nothing legitimate to argue about when we each get equal say on the matter.

I like Romi's idea though, 12 boybands, 12 girlbands and 6 solo artists. It would take several rounds in itself to pick the contenders and the chosen songs, then we could count the 60 songs down. It'll be time consuming, but I don't mind.

I was thinking maybe the way we voted during the thread awards where we would each put down our choices for the groups and then from that, which ever ones get enough votes get picked as the final 12 boy/girl groups and soloist

We could simply have everyone send their personal list of 12 favourite male and female groups and 6 soloists and go from there. Only thing with that would be there's no guarantee the votes would swing evenly, but I guess there's no guarantee on that either way.
