The fact that you're saying we shouldn't judge Luke but are implying a multitude of things about Kesha is lowkey gross. Keep it cute Lippy sis.
And there's nothing interesting or unique about the fact that she isn't focused on sending him to prison - a lot of victims just want to be removed from the situation so that they can move on with their lives.
Plus, I'm sure that would be a much harder case to win considering how long ago it was and how little evidence there is. She's be caught in that battle for years, and it would be a huge drain of time, money, and energy.
I'd also like to discuss one thing you mentioned - if Avril and Luke had such a great time together - why did she never hit him up for another recording session after that? It doesn't add up, especially since she
specifically went back into the studio during the making of Goodbye Lullaby to create some radio-friendly singles.
