ROUND 58
NUMBER PYRAMID
For this challenge, you will construct a pyramid of numbers like the one below:
The pyramid will have 7 levels, the bottom level having 7 numbers and the top level having just 1. To do this, you'll need to use a text editor like Word or TextEdit, and use the font Courier. This way, all of your numbers will be equally spaced.
There are requirements that you need to follow for the round:
1) There must never be more two instances of the same number in any level, except for 0; there can only be one instance of 0 per level.
2) The numbers in the bottom level must sum to the position of Love Me Like You Do on the 2015 year-end Hot 100 multiplied by its peak on the Hot 100.
3) The first number in the 6th level (from the top) must be lower than the first number in the 7th level. The second number in the 6th level must be higher than the second number in the 7th level. The third number in the 6th level must be lower than the third number in the 7th level, etc. The 6th level must sum to the Hot 100 peak of Lean On multiplied by 6.
4) The first three numbers in the 5th level must not contain a 0. Their product must be greater than or equal to 20, although it must be less than the product of the first three numbers in the 6th level.
5) The final two numbers in the 5th level must be the same. Their sum must be greater than or equal to the sum of the entire 4th level.
6) As you move from left to right along the 4th level, each number must be greater than the last one. The level must contain at least 3 numbers greater than 4.
7) Combine the first two numbers in the 3rd level into one number (ex: 3 7 into 37, 4 3 into 43). This new number, when divided by the third number, must produce a quotient of 3.
8) The two numbers in the 2nd level must have a product equal to the first two numbers in the 6th level, but they can't be the same numbers.
9) The top number must be your position on the Persistence leaderboard coming into this round (if it's a two-digit number, use the first digit).
