Do mods only warn reported posts or any posts they find?
I'm pretty sure reported posts. If not no one would be banned and they wouldnt see. Like spam. If someone constantly spams and they get reported all the points will be issued and they might get banned.
I think if my memory serves me correct, that once the beta testing period is over and the forum receives the upgrade new members will be able to sign up once a month.
Hopefully more frequently than that though, if the forum can handle it.

Athens actually said that after the upgrade, it'll probably be just twice a month.
