This song is doing reasonably well for zero promotion. No music video no live performances, just radio. Hopefully by August it'll soar into the top 5 with her video and VMA performance.

Ok so now is the time the video needs to be released. Break free's dropping on itunes and today's radio update was really bad. If she waits too long, radio will give up on the song. I understand that she isn't doing anymore promo but honestly she can't afford that right now. VMA's is way too far away to start doing promotion, by then the song will be dropping on all formats. The video needs to come now.

So this is such an overall basic song, but Ariana is truly what makes it amazing. That's how I know she deserves to be the next big thing in pop music. Her voice is just magic.

Guys PLEASE STOP, Ariana has not promoted AT ALL. There's no reason to drop the video out of no where with no promo at all. Let her promote first which I'm sure she'll do along with Bang Bang and then she should drop the video the night of the VMAs so that she'll have people running to watch it.

The VMA's are almost an entire month away tho. I just don't think it'll have enough steam to last that long with 0 promo

You guys just want the video NOW with NO promo and it wouldn't help tbh, she isn't Beyonce and can't just drop something out of nowhere and have it blow up. Like I said she should promote a little first then drop the video the night of the VMAs

1. Break Free is doing great on iTunes considering she has had 0 promotion for it, Problem is still selling effectively on iTunes as well, and Jason Aldean's song has decreased the whole top 100.

2. Break Free also has radio support, already 49M has listened in the U.S., fantastic start for her standards.

3. I'm pretty sure Ariana will do some mashups at the VMA's with Break Free/Bang Bang and maybe Problem. That's a month away so we'll have to rely on radio. No need to worry. It's doing fine and will continue to do fine with it's radio and streaming support.

I think the video should be dropped when the song is closer to the top 10 on Billboard than it is now. We've seen in the past that she has virtually no video streaming power, even among her fans. The Problem video views barely made any difference. If she dropped the BF video now, it would go up one or two spots on Billboard at most. For whatever reason (maybe because her videos suck?) video streaming is her weakest point and they should only be used to give songs small pushes.

She'd have to either make out with Justin Bieber or Harry Styles or get naked to have a viral video. She'd be smart to release it when BF is like 13 on Billboard.

Ariana is business -savvy to an extent. But she has dignity as well and won't dress almost completely naked for sales. She's been said that.

But remember when Right There only got 600k views in 24 hours Digitally and airplay is her strong-suit.

And this is what I'm saying, but NOOO everyone wants the video to just drop when in reality it'll do nothing for the song. The best time to drop it is maybe 2 weeks before the VMAs or just wait until the night of
