Also, Hell Wit Ya just gave me life. I haven't heard that kind of rhythmic beat in a long time. Hell, probably never since I wasn't aware of the greatness of R&B style music before this past year.

Still, I got M!ss and TT to listen to before I really overhaul my rate of Pink's discography. Y'all were right, I was missing out.

Yeah, that's the plan. I had that thing where I fell in love with an album before being turned off later. The opposite happened with other albums. (Not Pink yet (or even just), but just in general with my other faves). Also, only the Queen could get me to expand my library and love of genres.

Yes, pink has helped my taste and knowledge in music grow a lot. On top of that I've gotten into so much artist just because of her like Peaches (who became one of my fab artists of all time) indigo girls, naughty by nature, butch walker, rah digga etc

That's one thing I appreciate about Pink and ATRL (now too) is that it gets me to pay close attention to detail even as I enjoy what's playing. And I wouldn't have known how to differentiate the importance of cohesion in album concept, production, lyrics and vocals without artists like Pink and Kelly for example.

And after I finish CTHM, M!ss and TT, I'm going to go look for great examples of R&B-influenced discography.

Halfway through the album and I'm definitely going to need at least five-ten more listens to have a solid opinion.

Yeah it takes time to form a firm opinion. I've spoken too soon in the past and have had to eat my words. For example I didn't like Please Don't Leave Me for a long time and now I think it's one of the Top 5 on Funhouse.

And tell me when you're looking for new music, I'll definitely have some great recommendations

P!nk should do an album full of Queen covers. Her covers of Bohemian Rhapsody and Under Pressure are just amazing. These kind of songs just fit her voice prefectly. I agree with everything Linda Pery said about her. She's running away from her nature, from her rock-side. She must do an album that will divide her from the others in theindustry. An album that will set the bar so high. Album full of rock tracks, Queen-type songs. That's just her nature! But, I doubt that she'll ever do this album. She once said that she'll do her dark album, but I don't know what to think about it now. She's just going into pop too much with every new album. She has recently stated that if you want to be rock chick, you have to be in 70s/80s. She's right. Market is just oversaturated with pop-dance music.
