The mass incarceration was backed by the black caucus. The term superpredator was a thing when she said it. It wasn't until 2001 that the racist connotations got pointed out and the myth that crime was on an abnormal rise got debunked.
Hillary actually won against Obama with the popular vote. Do your homework. The DNC preferred Obama so he got the superdelegates and the delegates. She got the popular vote. Quit embarrassing yourself.

I admittedly didn't now much about the 12 year old girl case. I just picked up on that tonight. I should have expected Donald was lying, but I didn't think he'd pull that mess on such a serious case. So that's that.
Whether it was "backed" or not doesn't change the consequence of the action. That's the one place ya'll go wrong when defending Hillary on these things. If Hillary wasn't on top of it (like Bernie apparently was(?)), that speaks to her lack of foresight into how such policy would adversly affect the lives of black men. Which makes sense cause she had to APOLOGIZE to the NAACP in her debate with Bernie. That speaks to her lack of judgment.
And fine, she won the popular vote. Again, I'm not fully aware of the nuances of the elections. I should stick to the policy critiques. And having done my research on Libya. Hillary lost big time on that front. And imploding a nation isn't something that should be overlooked.
