Tbh she needs to ditch Bonnie and Sarah and reduce her work with Dr. Luke, otherwise people are gonna drag her for trying to replicate Teenage Dream again. She doesn't need to stop working with Luke outright but 3-4 Luke songs is more than enough.
For writers, I'd like her to work with Tove Lo, Robyn, and MØ. All three of their most recent albums have over a 70 on Metacritic (Robyn's has an 86 and was on several year-end lists). She has toured with Tove Lo and Robyn before so she's already acquainted with them. As for producers, she should do more songs with Klas Åhlund (except more Walking On Air than TIHWD, obviously), Diplo/Major Lazer, and maybe Bloodshy if he can give her her "Toxic" instead of another "Love Me". StarGate would also be a good producer because even though Firework and This Moment aren't that great lyrically they are both well-produced.
Of course she'll probably ignore all of this and have Dr. Luke produce half of the album again
This sounds good for the most part. It would be delusional to think she'd completely ditch Dr. Luke, she just needs to get the best out of him and infuse the album with some new voices. Max Martin can kindly go away though, it would give me a Grammys tea if she keeps working with him after he co-wrote a diss track about her.

I don't want Katy working with big, generic producers like Ryan Tedder and StarGate.
I'd be here for some Benny Blanco and Cashmere Cat. She should write with Ryn Weaver. Luke, Cirkut, Max and Klas are welcomed too. Greg Wells is probably a guarantee. I'd like some Greg Kurstin bops. And some lesser known producers. That french band that produced the song that was in Part Of Me would be great.
