Who's to say either will get a #1 credit?
Billboard won't recognize it if so then anyone with a #1 hit would get their friends to sing or rap on a remix and then the whole chart would be bastardized and not legit.
I think 2011 was the last time that worked and with S& M remix the original wouldnt have hit #1 without it whereas this song is already #1

And honestly, the remix effect I feel like I'm overrating. Yes it's gonna be high on iTunes today because two big artists with fanbases. However, the remixes are so terrible and extra. I don't see them lasting a week. Let alone long enough to give the song a 50% boost over what it's doing now, in the 2nd week of their release.
If the video comes next week I think he's fine.

I think The hills will take it this week (neither em or nicki will get the credit) and then the week after Drake drops the video with a full week of sales and it's exploding on pop HB will get it.
The hills has 1 or 2 more weeks and then at the end of October I see drake taking it before Ariana and new Bieber/Adele come through.
