IMO, I never realize Shades of Cool and Brooklyn Baby are almost 6 minutes when I listen to them. They don't drag on at all.. I hope these tracks are like that as well.

Yeah, but his work with Amy is long time ago. He is a good producer, but just like singer-songwriters, producers tend to do certain things that they love now. There is not that much that can change them until they chose to do it on their own will.

That says a lot then. This, and a fair other amount of songs feel very draggy. The only exceptions are West Coast, Brooklyn Baby, Shades of Cool and Florida Kilos. Maybe Ulatraviolence too. Everything else feels way too long than necessary. But of course that is IMO.

Listen, I have already spend too much time answering to you. I have been a fan from the very beginning. I have seen so many times how people post things that sets them up for a disappointment (see the UV thread as a reference), like a release of unreleased / leaked material, talking about directions she won't take etc.

Many people will leave after this album, others will join this fanbase. Mostly those will leave who have unrealistic expectations. Personally, I don't think it's wrong to keep it with realistic things.

But hey, everybody's different I guess.

All I personally appreciate is that we talk about things that are actually of any worth to this album.
All the other things that are a part of this fandom can go to the Base or the blog, which is hard to access because of the current 522 error.

That's all. I am not angry, I ain't bitter. I am just excited about this album and want to wait and see how things turn out.

I never understood all the hate towards Ultraviolence???? it's beautiful... you just really have to have a taste for the slower bits. The title track Ultraviolence is my most played track by her along with PWYC, Sad Girl & Money Power Glory. I agree some things in production were sloppy but it was AHRT.
