The instrumental is amazing, but I'm sure it's most likely fake.
Not sure why people are coming here and asking anyone to clarify when its coming out. No one knows for sure and that's apparently, just how Lana wants it.
I'd say there's about an 80% chance of it dropping tomorrow. Her label would not set up billboards, update her official website, Twitter, and Facebook without new music imminent. Plus, the tour starts tomorrow and she's performing at Coachella on Sunday. Remember, the single comes out when her label wants it out. Its not up to her, or Rob.
