Leave Gaga alone. I was so frustraded and had several meltdowns, but I'm just over it. Here's to positive thoughts that she will recover, release a good second single and that I forget Applause was ever released. I'll never give up on her, she will learn from her mistakes (Katy being above her is going to do that for sure).

I hope it sell more than 1,5 million copies, I don't see it but I hope it does.

Complete guess right here. Applause will continue to fall till about number five this weekend and stabilize. The lowest I see this going is number 10 on iTunes before the music video and then it can only be maintained or increase once radio plays it more with it's rotation release date next week. It doesn't scream a huge song to me, but I can see the song having longevity. Who knows at this point.

The video should help because Gaga's songs always jump spots after the video. The You and I video did wonders for the song, it was Top 5 before the VMAs with barely none airplay. But than again, that video slayed and the song was awesome. Don't know what to expect, but the radio deal (starts this monday) and the video NEED to help this.

gaga can rise but tbh rihanna's situation is very different, she releases music all the time. lady gaga had a two years break and she can't sell more than other B popstars like miley, demi or ke$ha.

Some people might purchased the song through preorder, or katy number might be more than 400k billboard predicted.

Last time BTW has grammy to support its first week sales.
