I wasn't looking forward to it (since the Wall isn't one of my faves either) so I didn't have high expectations for it but it was good, I loved the Giants, they really added a much needed Fantasy pinch the show needs since some sometimes its lost within the politics. The trick on the ice and the wall was great as was the Giant having a crossbow and impaling a crow.

Yeah, you summed it up pretty well, fair enough. The arrow on the crow was a kii.

It's just that I like the other plots so much better and I was deluding myself thinking they could have added a thing or two of those at the end or something.

Tons of storylines to juggle. Some much more exciting than others.

Yeah. I actually really felt like I understood everyone's sadness and how close and horrifying it would be to watch your comrade in arms dying.
