Oh I have the same problem! What I do is I was around my nose and exfoliate with grainy product. Something with the roughness of salt. However, my skin can handle that, if you have sensitive skin I do not recommend this. ( I don't know if this way is good, but it sometimes works for me)
You can cleanse your face with soap and water, concentrate on the nose area. And don't moisturise your nose on a daily bases, that increases the greasy-ness, if you can use toner it would work great.
