But one SURE thing is that they would never add drums to a song like FourFiveSeconds. It would completely ruin the vibe of the song. Plus she didn't do it for the Grammys, she won't do it for the BRITS. So even if she performs FFS at the BRITS, she'll also do a new song. Could be a song from HOME, could be a new song from R8.

I do agree with this. But I have a funny feeling the drums were for that DirectTV thing she did.
