It was a little bit of both eating and weightlifting. I always ate a lot but never gained weight.

When I started going to the gym across the street from work on Fridays and Saturdays, I noticed a slight difference in weight. I didn't look it, but I felt it. I also think they put some type of grown-up pablum in the food at work or something. Like the spaghetti and meatballs can be a small plate but it makes you full.
