No it wont. I'm sure people will be able to search Sex Dreams lyrics and find the song. Or even on iTunes. People find other songs by searching other lyrics from the song as well. It's not like Scheisse or anything where the text isn't even FOUND on a standard American Keyboard

Even if people look for the lyrics, it still gives the impression of the song being a lot dirtier and raunchier than it really is. Hopefully, as you say, most people do not judge on first impressions.
