Well when I say cater to them, I meant exclusively. When she used to go Top 10 on pop radio every time she burped, they would take note of her success on that format far, far beyond that of her urban radio format. She got played on there, but not nearly as much as this decade when she started focusing more on making viral hits rather than actual hits.

Trust me, they would not be celebrating Formation's unavailability on iTunes prior to ST.
