Yeah, I mean i'm just guessing that its not going to happen. but given deadpools success and the fact that its set in the modern day, I wouldn't rule out Cameos, if deadpool visits the X-mansion in the 2nd film as they will definitely have the budget to include more team members this time

I am one of those pretentious I guess comic fans, and they are doing Age Of Apocalypse SO WRONG and so many of the characters so wrong.

They're following the DOFP promo cycle most likely. What are they supposed to do? Captain America 2's trailer took this week after its late drop last week. BvS drops next week. They can't waste promo when the market is so saturated. Last time DOFP dropped Trailer #2, then like two weeks later Trailer #3 and in between and after that so many clips that you could basically see the damn film before it was released.

This whole mess of deciding a movie's fate from one theatrical trailer, made months before the film is to be completed, is so nonsensical. A Quicksilver-will-be-terrible tea when people saw stills for DOFP and he wound up being the best scene of a comic book movie in years. I have apprehensions about Apocalypse too, it's by far the most difficult villain and story of the X-Men saga they've attempted to put on screen yet. Let's wait a little until we actually see it before we crucify it.

i don't feel like Jubilee is going to be in it that much, she'll probably have as much screentime as Havok and his pals had in DOFP

The time is post-Apocalypse for another original cast movie. Contracts with sequels always have time limits and with the success of DOFP they had to move to make the third movie of the First Class trilogy so they wouldn't greenlight an old cast one before Apocalypse. If they were to make another original cast movie, it would make sense to do it right now when contracts for First Class newbies are all up for renewal, but I don't see it happening. It would make the timelines way too confusing for average viewers.

Fassbender wants to continue and he's becoming quite a big star. McAvoy wants to continue aswell and I'm sure the new cast from Apocalypse are all locked into another two movies after this one. Nick Hoult will probably renew too. They're likely losing their biggest star in JLaw which just means they're losing Mystique for now until they replace her with an all-blue, all-the-time version. If the new lead cast can pull it off, we should get a sequel to Apocalypse fronted by: Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Nightcrawler, Beast, Xavier, Magneto and whatever villain they choose. That's a pretty amazing line-up, plus the smaller characters that survive or the new ones that get introduced.

Brian already confirmed that she doesn't appear much. I just don't want her to get killed off this early.

I also doubt that we'll get a phenix storyline in this film, Jean is a bit to young. I'd say maybe wait till Sophies's third film.
