It's just the random filter she always used to use on pics. The date on the bottom is the abbreviation of the actual month it was taken, then 70 + the year...so it's from November 2011. You can find other pics that she's posted where it says "JAN 82" for January 2012.

It also released before September 30th so lets hope it gets nominated for a Grammy and even better wins Adele would go to accept since she is a co writer am i taking it too far???!
