psh and we all know damn well a 70+ album on MC (75 is tew high lbr) is in her.
I think she was more emotionally attached to the MEANING behind TM, Love Me, Ghost, BTGOG, etc than the actual song itself. Like I know she has ears. She needs to stop the lazy songwriting and go back to coming up with ideas that were genuinely fresh, maybe a little edgy, and creative.
Songs based off metaphors like Brick by Brick, Playing House, Fingerprints... they inspire the best writing in her tbh. She has a huge vocabulary and she should put it to good use rather than "All we have is this moment.... tomorrow's unspoken."
That's why the deluxe tracks are so good. Great lyrics.
Although it'll be hard b/c critics review off reputation these days. But she can do it.
Anyway, yes as someone said. Middle child syndrome should kick in (tho I think she already said it has.. that's why she's famous) but she needs to up ha game. Destroy Regina!
Katy doesn't need Grammys as they're just part of an industry that doesn't really reward the most talented or best work, but fits the mould they want the most.
