She's not touring theaters in the US. She's touring amphitheaters, which all mostly have the same attendance size as the arenas in the US (they mostly range from 12-18K). They're actually harder to sell out because the lawn area is GA, so there's not a confined set amount of tickets.

And the tour is doing good in Europe in arenas too.
