2NO1 is only worth 'I Am The Best' and another song or two. Utada's mid-tempo/up-tempo singles have performed just as well as her ballads commercially and if you're talking about quality, I'm not exactly taking your word for it if you think the Kum rag is anything more than her temporary, flash in the pan dance jams.
As much as I'd like to entertain your delusion, people need to know who you are to be a Queen, first of all. As Utada is often credited as one of the leaders of the R&B movement in Japan, you can thank her for any "success" (ki) Crystal may have found tbh. And to imply her success is due to Kingdom Hearts is laughable considering she was on top of the Asian world with her two R&B albums before her affiliation with the series.
