I think Rihanna might have managed in in 2012 with You Da One, Talk That Talk, Take Care, Birthday Cake and/or Where Have You Been. I know they all overlapped but I can't remember if 4 of them were top 15 together.

What about in 2012 too? It's possible Starships, Beez in the Trap and Right By My SIde were top 15 together, but I can't remember if she had a feature popular at that time too. EDIT: Maybe Turn Me On?

I feel like Drake or Lil Wayne could've managed it because they sometimes have like 5 songs out at once, but I can't think of any specific examples off the top of my head where they might have done it.
