I've decided that Esther Reloaded's main flaw is that it starts out average with the title track/Impressive Instant, then gets bland with the middle tracks. Tracks 7-10 are actually pretty good. I would say that the first half (sans the title track) sound like ROL b-sides, but the ROL b-sides are actually amazing so

Paradise is a masterpiece and way superior to anything on American Life,for example.
Gone, Nobody's Perfect, Don't Tell Me , all .
WIFLFAG is the only bland song on it and Amazing can be considered generic/trash , but it's still a guilty pleasure for me.
So, yeah, Music is a great album .

hey guys, I wanted to ask a Gaga related question, but I'm new and can't make a thread so I thought I should ask this here.

Does anyone remember a Gaga interview, I think it was after ArtPop and during the Cheek To Cheek era, where she said she was done with Pop music or something like dragging Pop? I remember specifically reading the thread where everyone was dragging her for being messy and a hypocrite, but I can't find that thread OR the article anywhere.
I think it was an article, not a youtube clip.

Impressive Instant sounds WAY better live than on the album. The album contains some weird noises and I hate how in the album version the momentum just stops during the "I like to singy..." part. Whereas on the Drowned World Tour, she keeps going upbeat.

I was listening to the Glee renditions of Madonna her classics today and was surprised at them doing so many throughout their run. I mean:

Hung Up
Vogue
Express Yourself
Like A Prayer
Like A Virgin
Borderline / Open Your Heart
Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend / Material Girl
Into The Groove
I Love New York / New York, New York
What It Feels Like For A Girl
La Isla Bonita

I might be missing some but that's loads. Ryan Murphy is such a stan!

It actually made me stan WIFLFAG for a second and realise how cute of an album Music is. I don't think it's her best however because it's mostly average and lacks true highs that helps give the album a general PUNCH.

The title track and Gone are amazing though.

I was a Glee stan back in the days For me their LAP is great and their LIB with Ricky Martin is Their tribute episode is really fun to watch too.

They also have a cute version for Papa Don't Preach.

I demand this GOLD performance gets the appropriate praise, and I expect to see at least 5+ pages of non-stop "Drowned World / Substitute for Love" ADORATION followed up by hefty discussions on Ray of Light and why it was such a successful, multiple Grammy winning SMASH album that re-defined success and a legend's career.
