One example : back in 2011 she tweeted that "Man Down" would be LOUD's 5th single, Rihanna even had to defend her at that time on Twitter cause fans said she was trolling. She's not an insider, she's the founder of Rihanna's official fansite (RihannaDaily). She always has exclusives like that unknown pic of Rih where she looks like Tip. And she posted the 2nd sneak peek of the "FourFiveSeconds" video before Rihanna did. Of course she's not going to reveal any dates or infos on the album, Rihanna will.
Her teasing yesterday was not related to HOME, it was for the promotional pic for #R8. She said "the wait is ova", and also said "few months / weeks ago, R8 was coming soon or someday, but now it's really happening, the album has an exact date". Also regarding the promo pic she tweeted that this is Rihanna's way to give us informations on R8, that we have to "read between the lines", meaning that this is finally happening.
