IUSA was a great single IMO and I don't think it would've done as well.
I think the 4th single should've been Unusual GOD or Out From Under.

I agree "IUSA" was a perfect single choice .... but it didn't do much for the album sales to be honest , and I think that was because she released priorly two pop-dance songs "Womanizer" and "Circus" , a ballad as a 3rd single would've shown a different side of the album at that moment when people was excited and hungry again for Britney , "Out from under" would've been the typical single of Britney that kind of flops in the US , but becomes a top 10 hit in nearly every international market and it would've helped more with the album sales.
then It would be perfect as 4th single "If u seek amy"
well thats my opinion.
The "Radar" release was just wrong / suicidal.
