I think it's too early to have such a strong reaction, I'd rather have an amazing storyline than they just include a random old woman and call her Janet for the sake of pleasing fans. Maybe Hope's pissed that Hank killed her mother and takes over the title of Wasp to get revenge? Could be an awesome movie.
They could always mention at some point that the current Avengers aren't the original team and there was another back in the 70s which included the Wasp.
