It was #11 for multiple weeks, so I don't see how that's 'briefly'.

Obviously, a discounted song won't get green updates for TWO WEEKS consecutively.

The majority of Confident's sales were from weeks were it wasn't discounted, and it peaked at #3 on iTunes with the discount and #9 without.
