Um actually all of her singles did well outside the US as well. Canada is the only place her singles didn't do good, besides BGDC of course. Fergie's success comes from only 4 singles so far, "Clumsy" still taking off, but like I said she didn't release 8 singles from her album, and she didn't re-release it 8594169056th times to have hits and sell albums. "Dutchess"'s success comes from the original album with a regular release of singles.
