Who from his generation is beating those? They only peaked there because of oversaturation.
Mirrors was smashing when Take Back the Night came out + Holy Grail was smashing when TKO came out.
"Take Back the Night" and "TKO" didn't flop because of "Mirrors" and "Holy Grail"; they flopped because they're bad songs. And "Mirrors" had peaked before JT started releasing singles from part 2.
Don't come at me with "oversaturation" when Bieber has had 3 of the top 10 songs in the country for weeks (all as a lead, to boot).
Pure greed. Half the album was trash anyway and proves why he needs to stick to waiting 10 years between albums. It should have been a re-release of the first album with just 5-6 of the best songs.
JT also tried it by submitting The Complete Experience to the Grammys instead of just part one. Thankfully the NARAS saw what TRASH the second album was and rejected him in AOTY and gave Pop Vocal Album to Bruno.
