Are we not allowed to acknowledge posts just because someone may report it at some point?
It's such a backhanded rule too. You get warned for laughing at a post if it gets warned but if it wasn't warned, you wouldn't be getting a WP for laughing. However, if the post was warned after you quote it, should you still be getting a WP? Not really in my opinion. Whatever though. It's cumbersome overall, and should be revised because dishing 4 WPs over someone attempting to shade is just bias and inefficient moderation at its finest.
Why is it almost always August 2013 members who throw the dumbest tantrums? I feel bad for the few good 13/08 members who understand this is just a forum. The rest need to ALT+F4 immediately for their own health.

Quoting a post that is obviously flamebait is flamebait within itself, as well as disruptive. By quoting the post they are essentially co-signing the attack and encouraging the behavior. There's no reason for that. If stand there adding fuel to the fire, you're bond to get burned.
It's like when people quote graphic content. You KNOW that's against the rules, so why contribute to spreading it across the thread and making a complete scene out of it? If the post is so funny, chuckle at it and then continue scrolling. There is no logical reasoning behind someone thinking that adding their name beside a flamebait post is appropriate.
