They probably haven't sent it to radio there yet. They picked up on DH later than the US did so just give it time

It is, but they removed it from the playlist this week I believe.

Radio 1 were quite late with playlisting Dark Horse. I'm 99% they'll playlist Birthday, but it's a bit early for the UK still, so it might be a couple of weeks.
