I have a fear of sitting in a parked car alone, I think that a crazed killer will be wandering around looking for people in cars to kill, so sometimes I'll slink down in my seat and hide a little bit so people can't see me through the window if they're walking by

I've found it's easier to tell friends then it is family so I'd say pick one friend at first that you think won't have a negative reaction and that you trust and come out to them, so you can do it for the first time and get over that initial fear of saying you're gay out loud to somebody else. Having somebody else know and be okay with it can make you more confident in telling others. Slowly come out to all your friends, find out who is on your side and supports you, get used to the idea of being out to other people. Keep them close and then tell your family and if that goes bad, you'll at least have your friends to lean on.
I don't mind like 3 or 5 stories tho.
