I haven't gone through any of the stuff you guys have went through luckily.
My transition was so slow and smooth, no one noticed, facial hair wasn't a big deal, nothing was. Haven't had embarrassing boner moments, everything was normal at all times.

Sucks for you guys though

Actually, studies show that teenagers hit puberty around the age of 15-17. But everyone runs differently. I guess you were an early bloomer

Armpit stench... . Today I scrubbed my armpits in the shower so hard that the skin got red as hell. Then I put a **** load of deodorant.

It's so horrible having everyone tell you that you smell like onions. Even AFTER the deodorant.

That's only natural though, everyone goes through it differently, my friend is 17 and he just started going through puberty. It really all depends on your genetics and hormones.
