Umm, why are Britney fans being singled out as if a mass bunch of them bashed Chris for lipsyncing? Let's not pretend EVERYONE critiicized Chris for what he did, let's not do the generalization thing because it never fails to make other look like a fool.

Also, If we are going to be real about the situation, Chris Brown stans have no room to talk about or bash other artists for lipping, not when their fav showed us that he does it as well. The double standard will not fly! Just calling it like I see it!

Dont try it. Britney gets flack for lip syncing by her own fans anyway.

As much as i dislike him, Chris' performance was epic, the best of the night. I dont mind artists lip syncing when theyre dancing hard, noone can really dance and sing live, but he shouldve pre-recorded his vocals. I dont understand why artists lip sync from (autotuned) studio recordings, when the whole point of lip-syncing is to make the audience THINK you're actually singing.

Yeah, this will not be the most remembered..but it is up there. I mean it is the highest rated one. In addition, Beyonce (one of today's biggest female musicians) revealed her pregnancy. Gaga's drag performance got a lot of coverage too. Though even Kanye's show stealing antic in 2009 might rank higher in being remembered considering the pop culture trend it started.

Except that Chris only lips when it's necessary for his performance and he's doing intense choreography, backflips, jumping around and the like. When he's not doing much he will not hesitate to grab a real mic and sing. There is absolutely no excuse for lipping when what you're doing requires minimal energy and there is no one that could do what he did on stage and sing live so there really is no double standard.
