I'm going to see the movie today.
Not really expecting much, as such movies are normally not my cup of tea, but I'm sure Christina will slay me as usual.

The movie was good. Not many people were watching the movie that day, but that's because it was supposed to start on thursday so many people are watching the movie in the weekend. The same goes for Germany.
I think Christina and Cher have done a really great job and, as a Christina stan, I was so happy to see her finally on the big screen. The movie itself was so-so. It's not my cup of tea, but I think it's a fun, enjoyable movie. I will buy the dvd when it comes out and I already have the soundtrack.
I'd love to see her playing in more movies.

Btw, its great you have enjoyed the movie considering that the movies (in general or only musicals?) are not your cup of tea

I have nothing against musicals, I think that movies with much music make the movie even better, because you can listen to the soundtrack.
No, I just don't like romantic comedies. Although, I have to say, that Burlesque wasn't so campy than I expected. It was really good.
I think that Christina should definitely get an award for Bound To You, because she nailed that song.
