I'd pay $14 for Yellow. It's a good way to experience a unique game within the series and to familiarize yourself with what the franchise was originally all about - the spirit they're clearly trying to emulate in the past few years.
Omega Ruby, along with its paired version, is one of the best games in the series. They were faithful in large part to Ruby and Sapphire, and incorporate appropriate elements of the new and old. By far my favorite in the series along with HGSS.
