I never really watched any of the previous ones and understood it just fine, except for some vague references made to the guy who created the park.
I definitely need to see Spy. Heard nothing but good things.
It's not hysterically funny (I have a darker sense of humor) but it does provide a lot of laughs. Rose Byrne's character made the film more enjoyable, too.
There are better Summer blockbusters (T2, Back to the Future) but there's something so much fun about the idea of a dinosaur theme park gone wrong.
Dinosaurs are boring. What's exciting is rooting for the dinosaurs to devour the annoying characters in the movie (like the blond kid and the dumbass Indian).
Uptown Funk being the biggest song this decade, Jurassic World being the biggest movie this decade, and fashion just being a vintage Tumblr try-hard throwback. It's ashame this decade has no identity because everyone wants to relive the past and do tributes.
