I should keep track of the movies i watch, I swear I watch a lot but forget.
Super 8 - very referential, but still quite enjoyable. Strike that, maybe so enjoyable because of that. Had a great nostalgic feeling to it. Loud and just pure summer movie. Makes me wish I could see it in a drive in. Ending was eh, just not thought out, bland and expected. But I can't help but like this movie. The end credits were a good fix from that ending, and left me with a good taste in my mouth to end with, shame the whole theater for the most part cleared out before them.

I know I watched more, since the last time I posted on the 14th but what... Oh some of it is coming back.
127 Hours maybe I should have waited unti I was more in the movie watching mood, but I was waiting for it to be over, half way through.

Love & Other Drugs I enjoyed it, a lot
I think. Was in great company watching, and at times was only half paying attention. But it was funny and had heartfelt scenes at the same time. I love both Gyllenhaal and Hatheway. So yeah that's my justification for giving it a
7.5
And there's still more movies, but I just can't remember.
I Am Number 4 yeah just remembered this. Very predictable. It was
cute. Had a of stuff I've seen and enjoyed before. But eh, just eh. Needs a sequel, not complete at all, being a start of series doesn't give it much of an excuse to me either, lacks back story severely. I was thinking of reading it for any insight, but here's a kicker- this is the only book turned movie where I got told the movie is actually better, the writing just isn't there in the book, good idea, but the actual literature isn't there. From someone who loves to read. Anyway, I enjoyed parts of it, and it had an attractive cast, which raises another point. The villains in this. The ****? Really. Beyond unbelievable, I had to laugh every time I saw them. Just no thought put into them, every preconceived notion of evil just slapped poorly together. Horrible, which is interesting since the star in this was in Beastly, where also just the make up and costume department just, either from being misguided or I don't know what did a poor and uninspired job. Laughable, making extreme stereotypes (in Beastly the misunderstood weird girl was a damn witch. Literally straight out of a fairy tale) I Am Number 4 gets a
4.
Edit: I gave Super 8 an 8 and I Am Number 4 a 4.
Didn't mean to do that, kept thinking of giving Super 8 a lower score and trying to, but it was such a welcome surprise, I had no expectations for it, didn't even know what it was about, when it started first minutes was thinking, why am I watching this and wanted to just leave, but stayed and was surprised.
