I've had the same results that Georges reported. UI loads slower, but the streaming is noticeably faster. On a side note, it handles multiple embeds a lot better by automatically pausing the buffer and playback of the current track when you play a new one.

Question 3: Occasionally, I find myself cautioning members (especially new members) to delete a posted SoundCloud link if the download button is available in the link (I'm a good forum Samaritan ) because that may constitute "file-sharing," and a lot of the time, members don't even pay attention to whether the SoundCloud link is downloadable or not. I'm assuming that's the case with embedded SoundCloud links? In your first example, it is downloadable, but in the second example it is not.

Are both examples allowed on this forum?

From my understanding, embeds of official label content (in this case, WarnerBrosRecords) show an active download button that links to a purchase option. Unofficial downloads shouldn’t be operational, but just in case, I added an additional bit of code to keep it deactivated.
