Cher seems like an older version of Kylie, in the sense that she is ONLY listened to by homosexuals. I've never heard of a straight person going gaga for her.
Her music isn't really listened to anyone other than older women and gay individuals but I'd say she is pretty universally beloved as a person. Really good actress too. Everyone loved the few movies she did (aside from Burlesque).
