DJWS did pretty well on ARTPOP. He gave us some of the best songs in Gaga her career. She probably could have knocked down three of his songs though and added more people.

But ARTPOP doesn't seem to be the result of people telling Gaga 'yes,' but the exact opposite. The album Gaga turned in was probably rejected. It's so obvious they wanted record breaking #1s in an effort to reinstate Gaga.

Gaga referred to ARTPOP as TFM's little rave sister. What rave? There is NO rave music on this album and you cannot play it in a club straight through (Dope). She wanted videos for each song, but that didn't happen.

The dual disc 'experimental' and 'pop' album seemed really smart. I think that's what she wanted to do, but it didn't happen. ARTPOP seems like the result of internal conflict and I wouldn't be surprised if Gaga resents in the near future.

Agreed. We might get the true tea about the album once she's out of her contract. I feel like if she was constantly told "yes" there would've so much more done at this point.

I mean she constantly leaked info about the album all the way up until the release. I can't imagine her team was ok with that.

Hopefully the Beyoncè release changes the game and musicians are allowed to make more stunt queen moves.

ARTPOP is amazing, she's not the current it girl, in fact she's being hated by practically everyone, and she's still holding strong.

Because DJWS is not RedOne. They want RedOne back because they think he can bring Gaga back to how she smashed when she first debuted.
