This is true. I downloaded the entire Sims 1 collection last year and despite being so limited it's surprisingly still fun.

Also the Simlish songs in Sims 2 were iconic. Katy and Pussycat Dolls making it into the game

The sad thing is that the Sims 4 has such great house building and incredible Sim-making.. you just can't do jack **** with any of them. It is so hollow. Empty. The tried recreating The Sims 1 and 2 and failed.

I don't care much for current videogames either(I only really follow the Assasin's creed series and some indie hits like Don't starve or Limbo) but I always enjoy going back to my childhood games from the Playstation 1+2 and Nintendo 64 when I have the time
